THANK YOU!<br /><br />Being of mixed heritage, such as my family, we celebrate those of our kin land and of the standard Americanized version, even though I was born here. I have ancestors that are Native American, German, and Slavic, so we always have fun and interesting ways to incorporate holidays and traditions in our family. For the most part, I think it enriches our lives and helps us to be better humans by learning to accept each and ever part of our heritage, traditions, and to learn from the good and bad of both.
